The Heidelberg CD-102-5 + L is a 28″ x 40″ five-color press plus coater, great for spot color, process color, and coating. Capable of five colors at once plus a coating. This press does it ALL!
Canon imagePRESS 7011 + C850 produces output that rivals offset quality, maintains superior color consistency, and fulfills a wide array of jobs ranging from business cards to inline-bound booklets.
KM-1 is a digital color unit that can handle up to a 23″ x 29″ sheet on up to 24pt thick substrates. Beautiful, rich colors jump right off the sheet!
The Kluge press can do die-cutting, embossing, and foil stamping.
Two OCE 2110 high-speed copiers knock out the quick black-and-white work so beautifully, it’s a shame to call them copiers!
The Epson 9880 is a large format inkjet printer, great for posters and signage.

At full capacity we can produce the following 8.5×11 flyers simultaneously per hour:

Our digital printing department has 2 high speed black and white copiers that can run up to 11″x17″. Each machine can produce 5,400 black and white 8.5″x11″ copies an hour. These machines are excellent for jobs that require drawer calls, variable data, numbering and for printing on NCR paper.
We have 3 digital color machines that can run up to 23″ x 29″ sheet size (22.5”x28.5” finished with bleed).
Each machine is rated to run 3,600 8.5”x11” color pages per hour, and can perform customized in-line bindery operations, such as folding and saddle stitching, to produce quality booklets with fast turnaround time.
We can also print variable data forms for mail merge jobs that require you to address each recipient with their respective issue personally, and in great detail.

We’re very proud of our state of the art 5 color Heidelberg CD Press with aqueous coater. This machine make readies in 15 minutes, holds beautiful color and prints heavy coverage so perfect, even fine type with serifs won’t plug up!
Our Heidelberg can print 40# offset paper which is .0025” thick up to .040” SBS or clay coated board and has the speed to yield a solid 100,000 8.5″x11″ flyers an hour running 10 up 28″x40″ sheets!
We also have 2 small format 1 color presses for short run Pantone and envelope work. These machines can print with sheets sizes 3″x5″ up to 9.5″x14″. Any small or mid-size runs which aren’t Pantone color critical are normally run on our digital presses.
Lithography is an “offset” printing technique that has survived the test of time through many generations. Lithography printing is also known as planography or planographic printing. Litho printing works on the basic principle that oil and water do not mix. Lithographic printing is well suited for printing both text and illustrations in short to medium length runs of up to 1,000,000 impressions.
We also carry the following coatings:
- Standard gloss inkjettable/stampable/glueable aqueous
- High gloss ONE sided (almost as glossy as UV)
- FDA approved low odor matte
- Velvet/soft feel aqueous coating
- As well as spot varnishes
At full capacity we can produce 3,500 books an hour. Our machines can fold 28”x40” sheets all the way down to small miniature folded packaging inserts. With a maximum put through speed at 8,071 inches per minute your job will be completed right on time!
With custom die cutting, you’ll stand out from the crowd! From custom pocket folders, boxes, business card slits, and books with die-cut tabs to unique branded designs, we specialize in stock and custom die-cutting projects! We can produce die cut jobs up to 14”x20” in house.
Embossing can add a stately and elegant effect to packaging, pocket folders, business cards, and more. This process involves the use of a metal “stamp” that is forged out of magnesium, brass, or copper to create an indentation on the surface of the paper. Our embossing capability is up to 14”x20” in house, on our Kluge. We can produce both blind embossing and registered embossing jobs.
If you want your printed piece to really shine, add a foil stamp! Foil stamping is a great way to add a custom touch to your printed product by applying a thin film of metal to paper that creates elegant, eye-catching results.
We are excited to now offer an in house automated glue line, capable of doing multiple positions in a single pass. This machine can also lay down double sided tape.
The phrase “age is just a number” can also be applied to machines as we have an original vintage Heidelberg windmill press with a sheet size of up to 10.25″x15″and a maximum image area of approximately 10″x13″. This versatile old dog keeps up with our modern equipment quite well and can print, die cut and number jobs with 21st century speed. This classic work horse runs more often than you’d expect at our facility!
